I did my undergraduate studies at LSU Shreveport. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education with a Social Studies emphasis. I am state certified to teach Social Studies and Computer Literacy at the secondary school level. I spent two years teaching 6th grade World History at North DeSoto Middle School in Stonewall, LA before making the transition to BMS. I was married on June 14, 2003. I love to spend time with my wife, family and friends. My wife and I enjoy riding our tandem bicycle along with my parents. I also participate in triathlons, which I have been doing since I was in middle school. My wife and I have a dog named Lucy.
